Some ways to test the efficiency of such intelligence is by the turing test. This test tests the response of their intelligence by making a human being talk to the machine. The more relevance between the answer of the machine and the human's question, the higher the mark. This means that the machine is "smarter" and more intelligent. This means that they are capable of doing logical processing that allows people to make more out of machines.
